North Cyprus International Peace Research Center has been founded as non-governmental organization as a reperesentative of civil society. The Center is located in the heart of Nicosia, the capital city of Cyprus, that is near the historical building of Ledra Palace Hotel.

The center aims to organize research projects and facilities. On the other hand, the center also aims to publish academic books and reports to make contributions for academic life of Cyprus and the world.

The center also aims to organize workshops and conferences those will increase the communication and establish the bridges between North Cyprus and other countries. In this sense, the center especially will focus on Eurasia geography by having academic studies. Prepearations of common research projects about Cyprus issue and on Eurasia geography are basic study fields of the center.

The inter-disciplinary studies on social sciences are very important currently within the academic world. Our center also agrees to give a special importance to the inter-disciplinary studies too.

The center always emphasizes on respecting to ethic values of academy and science.
